Closed: Weekends and Irish public holidays
Support: Email during office hours, urgent outage response within 2 working hours for live clinics

On-site visits are only offered within 90 km of Galway city. Clinics elsewhere in Ireland and the UK are supported remotely.

Fit checklist

Good Fit Before The First Email.

Private clinic with booking work handled by named staff.
Clear appointment rules, or a practice manager ready to decide them.
Named owner or practice manager who can approve wording and access roles.
Export access to current records, with written permission where another system is involved.

What to include

Send The Useful Facts First.

Clinic type and location.
Number of clinician and room calendars.
Current booking method or software.
Rough patient record count.
Desired launch month.
Any integration you believe is required, with export or API documentation if available.

Seasonal closure
